Starting in August, my townhouse will be available for rent. It is one of the 3 story basement units. Upstairs is the master suite with private bath, 2 additional bedrooms and 1 shared bathroom. On the main floor is the family room, half bath, and a large kitchen along with the deck access. Downstairs is one additional bedroom, one bathroom and a large bonus room. I currently have a HD projector with a 104" screen in the bonus room that I will leave in there for an additional $50/month. Included with the house are access to both the pool and exercise room for the community.

The house is ~2200 square feet and rent is $1600/month or $1650 with the projector. The house will be available in August and I could check with the current tenants if anyone is interested in moving in earlier.

The renters are responsible for the utilities, with the exception of water. Pets are ok but will require an additional pet deposit.

I lived there while I was in college and after graduation my pool of friends and aquaintences who were looking for a place to live started drying up and I didn't really care for living with random people I hardly knew. Rush is my last name.
