the only reason you have a hangover after 2 beers is if it's from something else or you're wicked dehydrated.


i get "food hangovers" recently after trying to eat a whole lot better

if i go out for wings and drink two beers, i feel like trash the next day

I know what he is talking about, but it's mostly dehydration related. There have been days where I'll go on long workouts in the middle of the summer and just never get caught back up on the water, have a couple of beers and wake up in the morning like I had been out drinking all night.
