None of these....Hillsborough Street Renaissance. Festival from 12-10:30...first time the street has been closed in like 200 years. Music, food, watching of the Tourney, fashion show...eco-friendly stuff. Supposed to be a kick-off for the revitalization which has been in the works for 15 years, lol. Go Support!!!

I checked it out. It was pretty cool even though it was raining.

Ate some barbecue, checked out the electric cars, trucks, and scooters, walked down the middle of Hillsborough St., listened to the bands at either end of the street, and bought a dog toy made from recycled materials.

Too bad it was raining, looks like they had a good setup (I wandered through at like 11:45 before everything was set up, as I had to go in to work briefly). Is this supposed to be a yearly event, or just one-time before the construction gets started?

i was there with my clients, we tried to check stuff out but the stinging rain just pushed us into the library to play some xbox360 really wish the weather was a bit nicer, would have been fun
