I just finished watching season 1 and it was all a great season. So many X-men make appearances and it stays faithful to the comics. I was wondering what episode they were on now on Nicktoons and if anyone else has seen the whole season?

You would think Phoenix would be back in season 2 but the way they spread out storylines it seems maybe it won't. Emma abducting Jean Grey was a total suprise to me and I didn't think she would sacrifice herself in the end which was awesome. I can't wait to see more of the Age of Apocalypse and hopefully they'll bring Cable in future or present. Do you think they'll have Cable since Cable was X-man in the AOA?

TBH, I didn't know about this new show until i saw this thread looked it up. so yea, now there is a 4th tv show out there about X-men. I've watched a few, it's ok.

No matter how good this new show may turn out to be, it doesnt hold a candle to the Animated Series that ran 1992-97. That show back in the day was years ahead of its time. That, and the intro theme was so badass

I remember how great that show from the 90's was but after watching it over again a year ago and watching season 1 on Wolverine and the X-men I have to say that Wolverine and the X-men is superior to it. Just wait until you see the whole season and then reserve your opinions because I know in the first quarter of the season they try a lot to show how they are bringing the team back together which isn't as good as later in the season.

Just watched the first episode. I like it. A few things: Jean is hot as shit. Wtf is up with Storm's hair. I'm glad they are promoting inter-racial couples.

From my quick search on Wikipedia, this summary from the episode came up...

While it doesn't say that Mystique wasn't part of Weapon X, I do know that her healing factor would be nowhere CLOSE to the level required for adamantium injection similar to Wolverine and Sabertooth. Plus, giving her adamantium doesn't make any sense, since I'm sure it would inhibit her shapeshifting abilities. (why does everyone keep getting healing factors nowadays??)

-Although, rereading the quote leads me to believe that Sabertooth was trying to kill her via adamantium injection ala how Wolverine killed....that chick in the movie whose name I can't remember.

Besides, Mystique has never (to my knowledge, or skimming of her Wiki) been officially affiliated with the Weapon X program.

This was interesting though...from the main storyline:

Yea I'm just guessing that she is lying and it will probably be covered in a later episode because they don't seem to leave any strings loose in this series.

She probably had some alterior motive because the frozen X-23's weren't blown up in the explosion as you can see in the last episode where Wolverine takes them off ice.

i feel like they need the 616 elements to anchor the characters to tradition and why we even have these super heroes

i've been trying to download season 1 torrents but i keep getting horribly slow d/l speeds. I can't figure out why a torrent with 100+ seeders is trickling at 20-30kbs but i can get 100+kbs from an album with less than 10 seeders.
