I have those dreams periodically. It drives me crazy. I always chalked it up to inner guilt. Although some of them involve me being back in high school band.

I don't have these dreams very much.

I did dream (just now) that the country fell apart, that the recession turned into a depression, and that there were a shit-ton of homeless people everywhere who kept dragging people out of their cars, beating, and robbing them.

I'd rather have the "oh boohoo I forgot to do a project" dream.

^^Not just college. But the whole seriousness of school and due dates in general has been drilled in to most people since birth.

Projects are due on Tuesday! Don't forget the project on Tuesday! You wanna make sure you start your projects early. Don't put it off til the last minute. I'll be able tell if you put it off, and I will not be happy. Grade are important. You wanna work hard and get into a good school. It would be a shame if you didn't do a good job on your project. After all, It's the last grade your gonna get before this quarter's report cards come out. And I shouldn't have to remind you, but some of you have some work to do if you wanna pull up your grades before Christmas break. You wanna have a nice Christmas break, don't you? Well, then you better make sure you have your projects on Tuesday.

I have this dream a lot

But in mine, I hadn't been to class in a while and I can't remember what class I have when and where. I know I've missed tests, projects and quizzes and that I won't graduate on time

i had this type of dream 7 years after graduating - i dreamt i had signed up for a biochem class and forgot to attend all semester and an F/Inclomplete showed up on my transcript. it bugged me all week.

i think it was the same class i dropped on the last available drop date my junior year because it was kicking my ass - i retook the next semester only to eek out a B minus (it was BCH 453 i think)

My most common dream is one where I murder all my loved ones and end up hiding out on the roof of my old house. I rarely remember murdering anybody. The bulk of the dream is me sitting on the roof, thinking about how I've just murdered all my loved ones.

Yes, but sometimes they do have faces (like actual proper faces, but not people I know), and sometimes there are many of them. Includes anything from fist fights up to a gunfight. Not my preferred dream.

my last dream some guy tried to finger my butt, and i punched him but you can't punch hard in your sleep, so he laughed. then i went for a run.

and i have lots of dreams about being in school, and playing baseball at various stages in my life

I, too, have had this dream.


Another reoccurring dream is that I'll have some kind of cool super power like flying or whatever, but halfway through the dream I will forget how to use it, or it will diminish in strength or something... so I'll go to fly but I'll only get a few feet off the ground and sputter back down. It's extremely disappointing to be under the impression that you once knew how to fly but just simply forgot how.
