Is there any way to have a the same header show up on multiple worksheets in an excel file without having to copy and paste it to each one?

i think excel treats each of the sheets individually, so no easy way that i'm aware of

the workaround i use is just to duplicate the tab that i got it right in and then edit the content within

control-click on all the sheets you want the same header on and then add whatever header/footer you want.

it should show up on all the sheets without changing what's already there
