Have ridiculously shitty service on TW Alexander and highway 70? I work on Alexander and live on 70.

The person I'm talking to the phone literally cant hear me every 50 feet...makes for a horrible phone call "What? I cant hear you...ok, i'm back..Huh? What?"

I had a AT&T Blackberry for a year, and while the service wasnt GREAT, it was almost bearable.

I switched to Verizon earlier this month and literally want to throw my phone off a bridge.

This is seriously unacceptable.

Tell em you're pissed off and that they aren't holding up their end of the contract by providing you with service in an area where there should quite clearly be decent voice service.

Once you argue with them for two hours about that and get your way, go back to AT&T, or try Sprint.

It's a work phone...we get a choice between AT&T or Verizon. I can switch back to AT&T at anytime, but I really wanted to give the Blackberry Storm a try, and they dont offer that with AT&T.

i have no problem at all, full bars.

both att and verizon have towers in that area.

i'm using a storm.

Yeah, my phone shows that I have full bars...but everybody I call says that I'm clipping in and out..

Maybe it's just a bad phone...

from what i hear, the stock storm is absolutely garbage compared to the updated RIM releases.

I updated to the latest OS available...

I'm going to RMA this one and have them send me another Storm in the mail. None of my other coworkers seem to be having this problem.

Probably the handset just bad. If others pick up good reception there then its your unit.

if you tards would read the contracts it specifically says they dont guarantee coverage anywhere.
