A reese foil got stuck in my cigarette lighter. I tried poking it out with a pen, it sparked up everytime I'd try to grab it. It eventually stopped sparking - damn

do I have to replace a fuse or replace the whole piece? Where would the fuse be located and is this something I could pick up at advance auto parts?

year make and model. fuse will probly be under the dash, or the engine compartment

im pretty sure it was the metal tip of the pen and not the Reese cup wrapper
