because it is awful? a quality that i look for in a bar doesn't include drunken sluts trying to get on stage and perverted piano players "dueling" over the girls. but i'm a girl, so perhaps it is different if you are a guy. and if you really hate the piano, you can always go into the back room for an awesome acoustic show (expect jewel or john mayer).

yea they LOVE to poke fun. a little too much.

It's like going to a really bad concert where two asshats play as loud as they can, don't EVER stop pounding on the key cover (BAM BAM BAM It's like I'm clapping see?), and try to work in as many low-brow sexual puns as they can into every song. It's like a douchebag with a guitar trying to get laid, but they have pianos and microphones.

Add to that a migrine, an obnoxious and flagrantly homo canadian hockey team, and the fact that I had to drive MY gaggle of idiots around as the DD, and you have a really shitty night.

Oh and the drinks are pretty much just water.

meh, it's alright. about the only time I go there is for some girl's birthday celebration every now and then. I usually have a pretty decent time when I'm there. I like it way better than Buckhead.

I've only been a few times. In college my friend and I would go there and our test for if we were drunk was if the waitresses got hot. They never have attractive waitresses there. It was the same for the piano music. Early on i'm pissed off i'm there and hating every song and two or three hours later i'm enjoying every song thinking I haven't heard it in AGES!!!! despite the fact that they played it the hour before, and the hour before that, and the hour before that.

the place is a tragedy. only been 3 times in my life and everytime i came to the conclusion that it should be burnt to the ground. i've been drug to renowned dueling piano places in other states and still not enjoyed the atmosphere tho. the whole "bring someone on stage and call them bitch slut whore on their special occasion" thing is disgusting...not because it offends me, but it's so low brow that it embarrasses me people find it amusing.

this place sucks in the new location

way too hot in there, drinks are terrible ... too small and always over crowded
