Well, I don't see him condemning that rapper dude for using it so non-chalantly... oh yeah, that's cuz both are black and and he is just afraid of being termed a "self-hating negro", as blacks refer to blacks who criticize blacks.

Be sure to look your daughter in her eyes, and carefully explain to her that it's OK to stereotype people based on physical appearance, and then attribute all things wrong in the world to that trait....regardless of actual accomplishments or achievements.

If she gives you any back talk, just slap her with some statistics that you researched ad hoc to prove your point. It will help if you only look at one factor too. And whatever you do, always ignore the fact that statistics used to describe a group are almost meaningless when it comes to predicting the behavior of an individual.
