There's a few K&S cafeterias around here. I know of that one cause it's right in the neighborhood where I grew up. Just go to the end of nottingham drive there and it's that building to the east. Always lotsa old folks driving in and out of there, haha.

yes, a buffet, but a very bland one at that. hence the old folks. it's cheap, a plus... and it's bland, so there isn't anything with a ton of spices or crazy flavors the old can't handle.

You don't serve yourself. You go through the line and the ladies ask "any veggies?!", "any fruit". "Main course". "bread/dessert!?"
you tell them what you want and they put it on a plate, hand the plate over the top of the bar and you put it on your tray. at the end of the line you get a drink and the lady rings up your meal based on what is on your tray. you go sit down and eat, then pay and leave.

The one at south hills is really good.
