Since so many news threads were being created, why not have an official thread

because each thread is a different topic. This type of thread for this topic will end up making people go through every other news topic until they find what they wanna see...if you have a different thread for each topic then it's much easier to stay on topic.

It kinda works if you're searching for one word. But it should sort by last post date, not by date. Or be an option to choose.
