Who are some of the companies managing the residential properties around NCSU?

Preiss I know is one, who are the others?

Ammons-Pittman manages Ivy Commons and they do a damn fine job screening residents and keeping that complex in order.

Wilson Property Management is another one, and they're about to lose a complex in the area. <_<

Makes me wonder what this thread is about.

barker and clark are two that managed places i lived near ncsu.

barker was horrible and the employees seemed completely incompetent

never had any issues with clark

Talis manages PW Village. I think Rhyne manages a good deal of property near NCSU.

I've dealt with Becklee Realty & they were usually pretty helpful.

i like drucker and falk... when i moved i looked at only their complexes because they have great management and maintenance
