I used to run a student organization and this E-mail got sent to that organization's E-mail address... Not sure if this is addressed to the webmaster of TWW or to the webmaster of the organizations website to advertise on TWW.

Either way it's kind of freaky. Makes me think I have some spyware or something...

It's more than likely just something that crawled TWW, and asce.ncsu@gmail.com is the only email on the homepage, it assumes it's the webmasters email address.
