you have to have a lot of information for the SPCA. WCAS is much easier to adopt an animal from.

Last time I went to the SPCA they had a generic 1 page application which didn't require much info. then they said if I wanted one I'd pay the 100 and its mine.

oh ok. maybe it is different for dogs then. SPCA wanted pictures of my house, proof of income, and some other crap before they could 'judge' whether I am a suitable person for a dog or not.
