^the pool isn't open yet, and won't be until memorial day at the least. they drained the pool to replace the drain covers and realized that the pool's foundation is cracking and falling apart. it's just sitting there with pieces of concrete all over the place until they find a contractor to come do the work. the hot tub is drained as well.

^my apt complex is similar...they are ALWAYS fucking a month to a month.5 later than the rest of the pools at apts in the area
