In undergrad I lived near Lake Johnson, so I went out there...

Now I'm behind Crabtree, is there anything similar up this way?

There are some great trails around Falls Lake that you can get to via Six Forks Rd. Just go to the visitors center place right before Falls of The Neuse crosses the lake for a trail map.

i went to Lake Lynn ... it was pretty nice i guess

wheezin like a mug now though, must be some residual pollen out there. I wore my black Nike pants w/ the 2 white stripes down the side

i start out running/jogging, then i gotta walk some, then i jog some, walk some
i dont have stamina quite yet to just continually run.

Lake Lynn is pretty good about being evenly elevated, not as many colossal hills like Lake Johnson has on that one side

yeah like johnson was like a roller coaster on that back stretch

it was funny as hell to post up by one of the steep drop offs and watch the fat girls try to stutter step stop on the way down
