Going on a 2 week road trip in July. Stopping in CT, Bangor, Me, and Halifax, Nova Scotia...then heading back. Anything besides seafood and coastline I should be checking out?

bar harbor, acadia park, lunds lobster pound, baxter state park if you like to hike (few hours N of bangor). my dad's from maine

there's a bridge on the coastal highway you should stop and check out. it has a observation deck in one of the cable stayed towers
