I've gone a week before when all I did was stay inside and play video games all summer (I.E. when I was a kid). Wasn't the best idea I have ever had. I shower once a day now, maybe missing one day every now and then.

a day, sometimes half a day if i've been doing yard work or sweating a lot etc

i dont know if i really start to smell this bad, but it feels like it in my head... STANK BALLZ.

if i skip a day, i start to feel like i smell like i have a yeast infection that also has a yeast infection. and besides how that makes me feel, i get all paranoid that i might gross people out. i'll totally be late for work before i miss a shower, any day

it might just be my sense of smell coming back after quitting smoking.

besides all the hygiene stuff, showering makes me feel really good afterwards, and a lot more comfortable in my house.

2 weeks in the arctic...but it was summer, so we'd swim in the frigid glacial lakes every couple of days (never washed our clothes, though)

as a general rule, i don't shower but every other day, anyway

oh god this sounds weird/ocd/stupid i know, but i keep a bottle of shampoo under my kitchen sink and if i ever get a call to go out after im home from work, i usually do a 30 second hair wash in the sink before i walk out the door. so i guess i kinda shower 1.5 times a day

remember that show survivorman? les stroud used to take... i think he called them "smoke baths" or something when he didnt have a river to wash off in. not really sure if it helps or if it just covers other odors, but i'd imagine it helps somehow or he wouldn't waste the time or fire

i dont think anyone has any basis for calling you OCD about it (unless, of course, you take like 4 a day... or like after each meal, or every time you touch a cat, etc)

when you feel dirty, you shower. simple as that. some people can go 2-3 days without and pull it off, but i don't feel like i am one of those people, so i dont. i dont call them stinky, they shouldnt call me ocd!!1

I have never gone more than three days without a shower. I shower every morning, but it isn't unusual for me to skip out on the morning shower if I am going to spend my day working out in the yard or in my pjs playing with my son.
