I don't but i still find the article interesting, particularly how they guarded their *obviously* flawed source code for so long. Who knows how many people were actually over/under 0.08 (or whatever the state's law describes as DUI) and were wrongfully convicted/exonerated.

Personally, I think its just a number. 0.08 for one person might be the same as 0.15 for another or 0.02 for another. Each person should know the limits of what they can drink, *and stay well below it*.

(I'm obviously not going to test the limits of alcohol + driving)
