I thought Aaron Brooks was great at Oregon (they've dropped off big time since he left) and I was happy to see him play well for the Rockets this year.

I don't get why you think Aaron Brooks at Oregon is a joke? Isn't that where he played?

Seriously, after the last two weeks why would anyone even think about the shitty Aaron Brooks that is only still in the consciousness of sports fans because of a Madden glitch??

In my mind, the only Aaron Brooks is Chris Rock's twin...

the most ridiculous performance from a quarterback that i've ever witnessed in person was actually by 2 quarterbacks...

Danztler vs. Rivers
Clemson @ NCState in 2001.

Clemson won 45-37 but the quarterbacks combined for something like 800+ yards of offense and 9 total TDs.

epic epic game.

In my mind, the only Chris Rock twin is Kammron Taylor.

Really though, I could name like two or three dozen former college basketball players that I'd be a fan of if I watched Euroleague.

to continue what nyn started and attempt to derail the thread:
i love when people claim to like basketball but hate to watch it played at its highest level and most actually know what they are doing. also, gtfo w/ that bs that you dont know the Rockets when someone mentions them.

as for the thread, i think i'm a memorable play kind of guy:
nate robinson, just b/c of that nasty dunk
hakim warrick, for that block in the finals
greg jones, for destroying that unc safety

Barry Sanders- ran for like 2600 yards in a single season while sharing the backfield with fellow hall of famer Thurman Thomas

the tournament was somewhat shitty this year, but the NBA playoffs aside from a few series have been equally shitty if not worse...Bulls/Celtics, Celtics/Magic and Lakers/Rockets were good (especially Bulls/Celtics) but the rest were garbage and some were completely unwatchable (Heat/Hawks comes to mind).
