I have a three bedroom townhouse and I need two roommates starting August 1st, the location is off of Lineberry close to the intersection Lineberry/Trailwood Hills. The townhouse is fully furnished except for the bedrooms. The rooms are both a good size and the bathroom is large. I have pics on my profile feel free to check them out. I do have a small dog that is around some of the time but he generally goes with me or stays in my room most of the time. The rent is $410 and that includes cable, high-speed internet, the electric and gas are split monthly and there is a tri-monthly trash/sewer city of Raleigh bill that is split.
