Has anyone lived or spent time over there? I know someone looking for a place in that area and didn't find anything in the search. Google turned up some reviews but I thought it would be a good idea to check with TWW as well.

Haven't lived there, but "my guy" lived there for a year or more. Just recently moved to get a newer place, but it was nice and he said it was rather inexpensive and quiet/peaceful. Seems like a lot of families live over there, so if that doesn't bother you, then it's a nice place.

one thing that i forgot to mention is that a lot of the complex is in a pretty bad cell deadzone. att is worthless there with verizon/alltel being spotty at best. (no experience with sprint or t-mobile) my lease ends in august and i'm debating whether or not to renew. if i can find something for around the same price i'll prolly move just so i can have a working cell phone.

I currently live there as well. This is actually my 2nd year living there. I have no complaints. It's very quiet here. My rent isn't expensive compared to other 1 bedroom apartments and is very spacious (900 sq ft/1 bedroom). We have assigned parking spots...one per apartment.
