You wanted to make a thread titled "Whose fault? Anybody's but mine!" and this is the best you could find? Sounds like the dude is legitimately mentally ill. He is blaming radiation and braces from the 90's.

Next time just find a case where someone blames everything on their bad childhood. It's a lot easier to get mob mentality to sway in your favor with such a clear cut case.
