lunch is kashi moroccan coconut rice/grain mix, poached chicken and tj's hodgepodge veggies with some spicy brothy stuff.

^^i've tried a few brands i've found at local grocers and settled on Oikos. i get the plain and just add Kashi Go Lean! and No Sugar Added peaches to it. it's like 150 calories and way filling. i was looking for a reason to go to TJs, so i'll have to stop after work and check it out!
