I need to drill 2 holes in some 2" square tubing and it's pretty important that they're straight.

I welded up a hitch mounted spare tire carrier for my jeep, but need to do the hinges now.

I've got one at work and can whip up something if you can't find anyone.

My roommate has one where he works, so I think we're just gonna go in after work and get it done.

Thanks for all the offers though.

Yep, finished it up about 2 weeks ago.

It's held up pretty damn good. Took it to Uwharrie last weekend and banged the crap outta it.

In fact, I did catch some sweet air at Uwharrie. Which caused my rear axle shims to come loose causing my axle to float forward and make my tire rub my fender.

Wrapped a tow strap around the axle and the other end to a tree and had to snatch it to get it back semi-centered.

Had to improvise and used some old wrenches stacked on top of each other to make some makeshift shims. Worked like a charm. Pics to come as soon as I can get them off my gf's camera.
