there's gonna be a hwy 70 bypass around the north side of goldsboro. it'll diverge from the existing 70 out towards rosewood i think and tie back in out near elroy. it'll have exits at the new 117 (I-795) and hwy 13. not sure if there will an exit on wayne memorial or any other roads.

do you know that tin shelter on hwy 13 (on the left if you're headed from goldsboro to snow hill)? the guy stores farm equipment there and the tin blows off everytime it gets windy. there's a farmer's house on the opposite side of the road from it. that's where the new bypass is gonna intersect 13.
