The car was totaled and the fire truck sustained cosmetic damage, Wright said. Both women were taken to Duke Hospital. Their conditions were not available."

.14 is pretty sober to crash into the back of a parked firetruck surrounded by traffic control devices, I would say .20 or higher the driver was dead, unconcious, or female
