Man, I love reading the stuff that comes out of the opponents' mouths...like it's horribly dangerous and is a gateway drug that leads to harder stuff.

While it might be more of a gateway as opposed to total abstinence, I have known damn few potheads that cared to do anything harder than a lil smoke. The few I have known would have done harder shit, pot or no pot.

Horribly dangerous...I'd be interested in knowing just how many deaths have been caused, either as a direct result of the consumption of cannabis or indirectly as a result of bodily impairment.

I ain't no smoker (except for my pack a day Winstons habit), but I've smoked up before on several occasions...and I have lost cognitive ability and motor coordination. Not to mention throwing up, shitting myself, or stuffing my face with all the food I could find. Determined ganja just ain't for me; I'm really sensitive to a little delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol

Opponents are crazy uptight religious nuts.

It's is unfathomable to me how a state, at the very least, wouldn't legalize marijuana for medicinal purposes... and gambling too (totally unrelated but I fucking HATE that gambling is illegal in so many states on a personal level).
