This was an older (early to mid 80's) toon. It had some people in maybe armor or something and they fought monsters.
Heres what I remember, some of the monsters were like zombie giants and one of their powers was the guy would like touch you and say "DECOMPOSE" and the guy would rot right there. I think there was an issue at one point where the bad guys saw some people kiss and it blew their minds.
Probably japanese... may be getting "decompose" toon mixed with the "kissing is weird" one.. :--/

sounds like robotech, Zentrati are the giants and they dont know like emotions like thier human counter parts, so it freaks them out. Theres lots of singing and shit too.
