So the article is indirectly implying that Potter is a child molester??? In reality though technically he could a "sex offender" for being caught masturbating in a parking lot or putting his hand down a grown 25 yr old womans pants. While these people get no sympathy for me and I hope they get their punishment; I just laugh though at the "CNN BREAKING HEADLINES" escalation of this story due to the fact that the guy is a "SEX OFFENDER" with a little girl. While in reality his "sex offenses" might streaking the quad while in college or receiving head from a 17 yr old when he was 19.

Tier 3 is the worst classification you can get under the sex offender notification program.

I doubt streaking or masturbating in public would get you a tier 3 classification.

ETA: He is a registered sex offender for two counts of sexual battery, one on a female child and the other on a male child.

that is what i was wondering. thanks. i saw no mention of his prior crimes in the article i read beyond just the generic "sex crime" which could mean having a naked picture of a girl 1 week before her 18th birthday.
