Put 3.5 on the other day, ever since, when I open a new tab to type in a url, FF freezes on me.

Any ideas? Ive cleared cache and stuff to no avail.

i have the same problem

it doesn't freeze, actually...minimize/maximize and it will refresh the screen

I'm thinking it has to do with Mouse Gestures, since it happens whenever I do a mouse gesture...sometimes. Really god damn annoying

weird, i use all-in-one gestures though

pretty much the same shit, but also i can override incompatibility with the tester tools from the beta days

never had any freezes/crashes with 3.5

I just installed FF 3.5 on my mac and now I can't close any windows. Tabs close fine and I can open all the windows I want, but none of them will close when clicking the red button.

Anyone experience something similar?

not really a bug...but something i've had happen a lot over the past 3 days. so like i guess with the new version of firefox theres some way to drag a tab and just turn it into a new window. i really want to change that...i've done it like 10 times in the past 3 days...where is the option at?

i've switched to Google Chrome as of late. The new firefox is a memory hog and now all the rootkit/spyware companies are coding shit for firefox, so im done with it.

im sticking with FF. Chrome looks too much liek the new IE which i hate with a passon.

I do that too. I like it but wish there was a way to make it a tab again.
