Any experience with this, folks?

I have two small chips in my windshield. Zero deductible, but Colony Bureau wants to try to just repair them first. If I'm not satisfied, then they'll have it replaced.

I've always heard that Nebulons will rip you off. They only deal straight with other Nebulons. And they all pilot rusted-out shitboxes that my Federation taxes helped them buy.
