I am finding that texts I send are not being received in a reasonable amount of time. I sent a text to someone in network this morning and it took 45 minutes to go through. This is happening with more than one person. Sometimes I will send a couple of texts and they will all come through much later. Sometimes as much as 3 hours from when I send them. My provider is AT&T. I have noticed this problem sending texts to both in network and out of network phones. Anyone every experienced this? Know the cause? How can I fix this?

had some delayed texts a while back going from att to verizon ~40-45 min
