not really. from what i remember some of his designs are still hard to understand, and he was on the way to producing power-over-airwaves or something, but an experiment failed at a minor level and his employers pulled their funding. Plus all the rumors of his death-ray and the wave frequency destroyer thingy (timing impacts of an actuator at specific frequencies to destroy anything)

From what a guy was telling me, Edison just stole all his ideas or took credit for them...that, or Edison would come up with something and Tesla would improve it vastly, like the fluorescent over the incandescent bulb and AC over DC current
