I watch it to hear Mike Rowe as well, and I think Captain Sid is hot. I can't stand most of the deckhands though, they're just a bunch of whiny bitches. Yes your job is tough, but damn, you knew that when you signed the contract...just deal with it.

I don't watch it to watch the crabs being caught. I watch it because the people are relatively interesting, and it doesn't seem like it's too ginned up just for TV.



Also, Discovery should just rename themselves the Mike Rowe channel. He's doing the voiceover for Wild Pacific now, too.

I am addicted to Deadliest Catch. I am on the verge of starting a pool to see how many episodes it takes for Phil to either almost die or blow something up on the boat. I also enjoy "After the Catch". I am always up for some greenhorn drama especially when it happens to Keith. He's just a grump.
