audio seems exactly 1 minute off. maybe there is a 1 minute delay at some point in the countdown?

yeah, launch failure will happen at :59 when the rocket is still on the launchpad yet the announcer is like, "WE HAVE LIFTOFF"

^could have happened, as it launched at 9:32 AM.
