This has happened to me several times. Usually disorganized people or items shipped to an office where some random schmoe signs for it. Most recent was a $400 reel. The guy called me 3 months after the auction ended. I looked it up on FedEx's website and asked him if he knew the guy who signed for it. He said yes. No idea if he ever got the reel, but he didn't ever call me back.
