ive left my car at EV many a night and havent ever been towed. they only tow if it has been there all night and is still there when they get busy the next day

i asked, and they said as long as it gets picked up by noon or 1, you should be fine



and if you have trouble doing that, then you have more problems than just possible tow fines

ive known people who have had their car towed, not sure what time it was towed but it was def towed

and it doesnt matter what time they tow, for a bar to threaten to do that is complete bullshit
