pretty badass, a lot of 'em were played at too fast a tempo, but i dunno, maybe playing each riff at it's natural tempo might have made the overall progression sound awkward. This is pretty much my ambition with guitar. I wanna be able to play intros, riffs, bridges, etc. --- the easily recognizable portions of songs because playing verses bore the hell out of me. Also, without the accompanying instruments, many times it just sounds weird.I am a no talent ass-clown, and I don't give a damn.

i just started trying to teach myself how to play guitar a few weeks ago
7/22/2009 1:04:02 PM
That was awesome. Can't believe you couldn't tell it was Sweet Child when it was played, pretty obvious as nothing else sounds like that lick.
7/22/2009 3:26:56 PM
ive been trying to learn chords and stuff, but it's hard not to mess with Guitar Pro software and try to learn songs off the bat lol
7/22/2009 3:30:03 PM
How many songs use the chord progression I - V - vi - IV? A lot.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yk8fB4CRse4
7/22/2009 3:32:06 PM
^^all ya need are the common open major and minor chords and bar chords, and you can play 90% of all rock songs.I wouldn't even bother with most of the chords you find in chord books. you can learn 'em when you need 'em. Unless you're trying to be a serious guitarist. then ignore everything I tell you.
7/22/2009 3:37:37 PM
that was awesome, makes me wish i knew how to play..if i could do song 100, i'd do it all day long just to show off
7/22/2009 3:53:43 PM
why is he playing some of them in the wrong keyit'd be one thing if he were linking them by the first and last notesbut he's notteen spirit is in F, sonalso, the right hand tapping on eruption (100) isn't hard at all, it just takes a little practice to make it sound that fluid ]
7/22/2009 4:15:51 PM
i enjoyed that
