mine was 150/100 when I had my check up on Sunday after getting my stitches

If it's still high when I go back to get my stitches out, I will probably ask to go back on Lysinopril.

that was my deal, the doctor told me 2 checkups ago that he wanted to put me on meds... but that really freaked me out. and told me that if i could get it down to reasonable before i turn 31 then we wouldn't need to worry about meds.

plus i knew mine was high cause of laziness basically

well I was on lysinopril for like 2 months. It really helped, but then they took me off of it and I was able to keep my BP stable by losing weight, changing diet etc etc.

This is the first time i have had to go to the doctor since then, and it was back up. I don't fuck around with my BP, especially considering my family history. (pops death, etc). so if it's high when I go back on Monday then I am going back on the sauce.

I just thought you might like to know, since you spelled it wrong several times. At least you were close.

that 95 is kinda high. def not 120 high, but still pretty high. i don't know what else i could do to possibly make mine higher. smoke about 1.5 packs a day currently.
