The Professional Barbershop at CV[Edited on July 27, 2009 at 11:19 AM. Reason : IF you want a buzz cut, go to man murr]
7/27/2009 11:18:31 AM
how much is a haircut at these suggested places
7/27/2009 11:19:23 AM
my place is 14. you get a nice shave behind the ears though. worth every penny to look good
7/27/2009 11:21:37 AM
I think i paid like 14 for the haircut at N style
7/27/2009 11:21:57 AM
Professional used to be 16, but I think it's 18, now. Before I moved, they were talking about uping the price. Shit, I pay 22 for mine right now (plus an additional tip).[Edited on July 27, 2009 at 11:23 AM. Reason : I can't really remember, though.]
7/27/2009 11:22:12 AM
the shaving around the ears and on the back of the neck is crucial. i won't get my haircut at a place that won't do that.[Edited on July 27, 2009 at 11:22 AM. Reason : $10 where i go back home]
7/27/2009 11:22:23 AM
Ragged where's your place again
7/27/2009 11:23:35 AM
Professional does
7/27/2009 11:23:45 AM

7/27/2009 11:27:27 AM
so they charge $14 for a haircut? that is reasonabledo they take a checkactually they look like their closed today, so it'd either be wait till tomorrow or pick a different place[Edited on July 27, 2009 at 11:31 AM. Reason : ]
7/27/2009 11:29:53 AM
oh yea they are closed on mondaysbut yea $14 hair cut that always pulls trimno checks sorry. old school cash register, and i think they take cards.
7/27/2009 11:35:59 AM
wasn't Herb a regular at Man Mur?
7/27/2009 11:38:04 AM
one of the dudes at manmur gave me an awesome haircut last time i went.granted, all i do is get my hair clipped, but he did a really good job.
7/27/2009 11:46:13 AM

7/27/2009 11:59:01 AM
the worst ive had was the last one i got in May up on Spring Forest Rd. in the same strip mall as the Stromboli's location up thereit was uneven in the front and he charged like $19
7/27/2009 12:04:47 PM
Had to upgrade my haircut location after I got completely butchered at sports clips...
7/27/2009 12:25:09 PM
i def. dont want to be lloyd christmas'd, i feel like that happened last time on Spring Forest Rd.
7/27/2009 12:27:19 PM
i've given up on getting a decent hair cut, I just shave down to a 2 or 3 every couple of months
7/27/2009 12:41:33 PM
I got my hair did there on friday.Needless to say, my weekend was one gargantuan pussy fest.
7/27/2009 1:02:52 PM
7/27/2009 1:03:31 PM

7/27/2009 1:07:52 PM
What was the hot dog place next door years ago?Was the same folks who opened Ole Time BBQ?
7/27/2009 1:15:01 PM
7/27/2009 1:26:55 PM
Save yourself some aggravation, walk down another 2 blocks, and go to Esquire (next to El Rodeo). Professional in CV is also quite good, but a little more expensive.Man-Mur isn't that bad IMO, but they're always in a damn hurry and definitely don't go there for anything fancy/unusual/out of the ordinary/that a good ol' boy couldn't cut.
7/27/2009 2:53:17 PM
I've been going to the place right near Ruckus. They do alright
7/27/2009 2:56:36 PM
Luckily I usually ask for a high and tight.
7/27/2009 6:45:46 PM
where did you go?
7/28/2009 9:21:50 AM
i think im gonna go to the south hills place today that ^ was talking about
7/28/2009 11:20:58 AM
feaux hawk bet for nugget contest
7/28/2009 11:24:30 AM
what
7/28/2009 11:37:19 AM
http://westoverbarbershop.com/This is where I like. It's in the Westover area, over by the fairgrounds. The dude who owns it is one interesting character...former USMC machine gunner (from back in the Desert Storm era), used to be a professional wrestler (stage name "Toad"), filmed a pilot episode that never took off on Comedy Central, is what I would call a semi-pro poker player, last I heard was training to be a curler (like the winter olympic sport). He's a good barber, and a really cool dude.[Edited on July 28, 2009 at 11:41 AM. 7/28/2009 11:41:07 AM
loser has to get a feuax hawk
7/28/2009 11:41:38 AM
no, although i do have overbearing confidence that i will win, i wouldn't be able to relish the consequences of you getting oneno offense, theDuke, but i feel the need to not take the advice of a military guy on a haircut [Edited on July 28, 2009 at 11:45 AM. Reason : dfsg]
7/28/2009 11:43:47 AM
all you can get at man mur is short on top and tight on the sidesand that's fine for a lot of people
7/28/2009 11:44:58 AM
After you get a chop at Man Mur, go next door and buy a new pair of Clarks
7/28/2009 11:45:56 AM
^^ i think he'd be good at whatever
7/28/2009 11:46:16 AM
about what does he charge
7/28/2009 11:48:56 AM
