1 was lost, and the other had a huge ass DO NOT BEND sticker on the envelope

I was gone for two weeks and requested that my mail be held until I could pick it up. They delivered it Saturday, all stuffed into my tiny apartment mailbox, wrapped in a rubber band with a cover sheet that clearly stated "Hold for customer pickup."

GAO puts Postal Service on 'high-risk' list

"The U.S. Postal Service is in urgent need of restructuring and is moving too slowly to cut costs, the Government Accountability Office said Tuesday. The GAO also added the Postal Service to its High-Risk list of federal areas in need of transformation. 'New technology is profoundly affecting services in both the private and public sectors, including traditional mail delivery,' said acting comptroller general and head of GAO Gene Dodaro in a statement. 'Compounded by the current recession, the volume of mail being sent is dropping substantially, leading to a sizable decline in revenue,' he said."
