On 40 right before buck jones. This mini cooper took out 2 other cars trying to squeeze through them and almost flipped. Did my civic duty and stopped to make sure everyone was ok and the police know it was her fault.

The mini pinballed between them 2 or 3 times before spinning out

Also I should say it was the worst I ever saw in person. Clearly not worst ever.
