Just finished season 2 last night. I'm interested to see what they do with Don now, if S/C can get him back, or if he goes off and starts his own company.

This is exactly what my grandfather used to do. He worked for an advertising firm in NY and his big account was Uniroyal Rubber, then he started his own small firm. I'll have to send him both seasons for Christmas this year, don't think he's seen the show yet.

I love the Ken VS Pete war. They're just so different from each other that it'll be fun to watch the games they play.

SAL! Did he work out that arrangement with the bellboy before hand, or did it just happen? I thought it was a million times hotter than the stewardess throwing herself at Draper, it's not even a challenge.

If Joan leaves the show I don't know what I'll do

Don's "limit your exposure" comments to Sal on the airplane, loved how well that conversation works on multiple levels (and it's a great ad too).

I got a good laugh each time the receptionists buzzed in on the new intercoms. It was like a bad Taco Bell drive in, and "Not the Stoli," gave me a chuckle.

Very happy to see more of Peggy in this episode, she is one of the most intriguing characters imo. And I was happy to see Don do something he know would make his wife happy even though it is probably going to suck for him (moving in his father-in-law) pour out all the alcohol? Are you crazy!

I definitely didn't see the John Deere coming either.. it's the most graphically violent thing I've seen on the show so far. I checked out some episode discussions, and a lot of people think Joan is pregnant. That would blow, but it wouldn't surprise me much at all. It is a shame that the dominant female character of the show still hooked up with a deadbeat. Speaking of, Betty is turning straight creepy lately.

i like how the person who ran over his foot was the girl who has repeatedly been called out for messing everything up. but i don't think anyone saw the john deere thing coming, which is funny, in a way. in any other show it would strike me as odd that someone brought in a tractor and especially once it game out in a party i would think "this is going to end horribly someone will lose a foot or something" but with these guys it seemed to be their run of the mill antics and i wasn't the least bit shocked, until blood went everywhere.

oh and pete being the one to catch peggy was interesting to me.
