Glad you guys seem to like this kind of stuff. We're going to aim for a bunch of videos throughout the year, to help capture the essence of NC State, so if you have any ideas for stuff, drop me a note at dave_pond@ncsu.edu. These can be scheduled events, (ex: Krispy Kreme challenge, some aspect of homecoming) cool things that students are up to in and out of the classroom, or basically anything else that helps make NC State different from the other universities 'round these parts. So, drop me a line.

i don't know if you are allowed to do it, but a short highlight reel from football/basketball games would be awesome. especially for home games for us who didn't see it on tv.

simonn - we'd be happy to post that kind of stuff... we would have to have it made available to us from either athletics or probably Wolfpack TV (the same folks who do the cameras/megatron at the RBC Center for Hurricanes and hoops do football as well. I'll look into it for sure...

i imagine your funds are limited, but you should invest in a monopod/tripod and some microphones (especially for outdoor wind). the picture is pretty, but it could really benefit from the added polish of good sound.
