I lost 25 pounds in 30 days this January.3 hours a day, 6 days a week of mixed cardio. 1 hour every 3rd day of weights. Extremely simple, monitored diet. No alcohol.It's doable, but it's a huge time commitment.

Do 30 minutes a day on a stairmaster, make sure to do at least 150 flights in those 30 minutes. Eat whatever the hell you want, you'll still lose weight.

I've heard that losing any more than about a pound or two per week is an unhealthy approach. That and losing weight that fast will make you more likely to gain it all back very quickly should you go off your program.[Edited on August 13, 2009 at 7:25 AM. Reason : -]

^ no that is another load of bullshit from the internet/tv/mommas house. Anyone done any studies, or anyone seen any scientific research associated with it? I haven't seen it. It's plain and simple.Calories in < Calories out And just go to the fuckin gym. It's not hard. 3-4 1 hour sessions a week and you'll be feeling great.

I haven't bought a Body Bugg yet, but I hear they're great if you can stomach the outrageous cost of keeping the darn thing turned on. It's something like $20/mo or some crazy shit I think. All my fellow lap banders swear by it though.I do so love Adderall.

The whiskey defeats the purpose of losing weight.Though I've found that if I replace food with wine, I generally pass out earlier and sleep longer, thus decreasing my need for food throughout the day! Drunkorexia ftw!
