^ yeah, i do that too. it's like i totally know better, yet curiously can not stop myself.

i know my corporate IT is totally filling up a log on my firewall violations.

i really am trying to quit it, before HR managers show up at my cube with an empty cardboard box.

i'm banking on the fact that the meds should kick in soon, and hopefully help out with that.
