big lots is easily within walking distance, or you might be able to ask maintenance or your RA. They usually have some tools of some sort... might even be able to ask a desk @ WV, I'm not too familiar w/ how maintenance is run over on that part of campus. It's nice to have a simple set of tools in the dorms-- I say just go to Big Lots and get a cheap set.
