Hey kids, I'm headed to Geneva, Switzerland for 10 days next month to visit some good friends. I'll be on my own for about 3 days since they have to work. I've never been to Geneva so I'm looking or any tips on stuff I can do by myself to occupy my time.

The rest of the trip is planned out, we're hitting up Oktoberfest toward the end of the trip and we're also going to do some sightseeing once the other people in the group arrive.

I've already looked into touring CERN to see the Large Hadron Collider. I don't know much about physics but I think its kind of amazing in a dorky way and it's easy to get to from Geneva.

What other solo-activities can you guys recommend?

Go to Interlaken. Don't know how far away it is...but it's the shit. If you're into outdoor activities...it has it all. Ball-ass ropes course, hiking, canyoning, hangliding, paragliding, etc. And if you're just into seeing beautiful nature stuff...it has that too.
